Order Processing
Orders will be packaged and shipped within 7-15 business days, depending on item availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Note: During promotional events and holidays, we may have a backlog of orders, which may delay the processing of your order.
Additional Shipping Instructions:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing your order to prevent any delivery issues. We are unable to modify the address after the order has been placed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or orders returned due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable.
